Project

• Daily reporting to Head of FinOps & Deputy FinOps current state of play, daily issues, areas of concern, suggestions for improvement
• Audit tills, cash and vendors across site
• Data management
• Manage and maintain systems
• Ensure all systems are being used correctly across the department
• Suggest system architectural changes
• Anomaly and error investigations and resolutions
• Work with the Loss Prevention Manager (LPM) to provide targeted analysis
• Support the setup and deployment of payment systems
• Provide technical and hardware support as directed by the DFOM and Controller
• Liaise with suppliers to diagnose and fix issues
• Troubleshoot and resolves issues as they occur
